01

Build process understanding

Training and operating manuals help operators understand process stages, operating requirements and the procedures needed for their plant.

02

Rehearse the startup

Simulated startup exercises help the team work through procedures and prepare for the transition from construction to operation.

03

Support the operating team

CEP provides control-room and field support during startup, with ongoing technical consulting available as operating needs develop.

Relevant project experience

Experience behind the engineering.

CEP originated as the sister of the Evergreen Oil re-refinery, the first hydrotreating re-refinery built in the USA. Engineering support and years of operating experience have informed CEP’s approach to reliability, yield and operator preparation.
